- Added validators, you can read about them in the wiki, they are few for now
- Added event to production for future APIs
- MachineRegistry to access CustomItemGenerators machines
- Machines with 0 energy consumption will now always work
- Fix shift left clicking stuff inside the input slot that would get the items deleted
- Fix position and consumption being machine specific, they now are location specific
