Major bug fix where music wasn't playing

when testing without any changes the same problem occurred

adding a debug log message

try a full method revamp with new debugging

FOUND AN ERROR - the file read path got changed so it was reading from > C:\Users\dashketch\IdeaProjects\Custom Music Discs\run\.\config\uploaded_music\1-01_K.K._Cruisin_.mp3 rather than C:\Users\dashketch\IdeaProjects\Custom Music Discs\run\world\config\uploaded_music\1-01_K.K._Cruisin_.mp3 (or if single player C:\Users\dashketch\IdeaProjects\Custom Music Discs\run\saves\New World\config\uploaded_music\1-01_K.K._Cruisin_.mp3)

Updated reading method

I can now hear the music playing!

The background music doesn't auto mute but I can worry about that later.
