Description

New Command: deplete -> /deplete removes the amount of a random item from the player's inventory, de executor need de permission "culPlugin.deplete.use"

You can use MiniMessage & legacy in any place where you can use strings, unless specified otherwise.

QoL stuff, like making the fake plugin list look more realistic, fixing small bugs with the Server list modification, etc.
