Additions:

• Time Lock -> Allows to lock restraints for a set amount of time
• Police Uniform
• Mod Statistics
• Added new config settings (Detailed descriptions of all config options coming soon to wiki)
• Added a bunch of bugs I don't know about and have yet to fix

Fixes:

• Wood cuffs can now be crafted out of any type of wood
• Fixed High Visibility Modifier not working on ankle monitors
• A bunch of fixes I don't remember anymore

Changes:

• Lowered durability of all restraints

Removals:

• Emerald Cuffs - Seemed out of place since there is no emerald gear in minecraft
• Bedrock Cuffs - This is too much in and just not needed in my opinion + it's unobtainable in survival
