Cuboid Clearer

Initial release of CuboidClearer for NeoForge 26.1.2.

• Select a cuboid region by sneaking and right-clicking with a stick
• /cc clear — breaks all blocks in the selection (uses tool durability)
• /cc fill — fills empty spaces with your held block
• /cc hammer — toggles 3×3 mining mode
• /cc pos1 / /cc pos2 — set corners via command
• /cc cancel — clear selection
• /cc info — show mod info and hammer status
• /cc commands — list all commands
