[CS] SCP

[CS] SCP 1.1.1.0

With all of our mods (Minus cs fnaf since it didn't need the change yet since it doesn't implement [CS] Foundation We've changed our versioning scheme to remove the -1.20.1, instead we will be maintaining a 1., which increments every MC version we update towards.

• Fixed 914 not conducting it's recipes
• Added some additional visuals to taking damage with 1033-RU
• Added SCP-096, his polaroid can be found in our existing structures as a semi-rare drop from the display case (The suspicious polaroid is safe, when you right-click it, that is when it becomes dangerous because it turns into an actual developed Photo)
• Added in the quality of life additions to the creative menu so you can pull Keycard Scanners/Buttons in either pulse or toggle mode directly.

We will continue developing the mod, its just too many things were broken to hold off a release for longer
