Fixed a bug where the Sore Rush effect could cause creatures to enter a false death state.
Modified the Frost Powder effect: Health can no longer be regenerated via the Frost Powder effect while under the Sore Rush effect. Instead, it now increases the Sore Rush level.
Changed the block transformation logic; transformations now typically occur in batches. Also optimized some code for slightly improved game smoothness.
