Added a new machine:
Surge Frost Dust Generator: Consumes the Frost Dust stored within it to generate power (FE) and accumulates the machine's "Root Tendrils" value. The presence of this value will cause a Powder Snow-like chilling effect to creatures nearby. When the Root Tendrils value overflows, it will rapidly inflict frost damage to creatures, with a maximum damage of 5. Simultaneously, the rate of Frost Dust consumption will be multiplied by 5.
Each Frost Dust item can generate 100 FE, and the machine itself can store up to 80,000 FE. The stored power will automatically be transmitted to nearby energy-storing devices.
Modified the Over-Rooting effect, making it more difficult to remove.
Modified Rooted Snowfall Taro — it can now be used to plant Snowfall Taro plants.
Modified Life Multiplier and Frost Avoidance effects — they can no longer be removed with milk.
