CrowBar v0.1.19

Fixes the skin, name tag, and distance overlays failing to appear on Minecraft 26.1.x and 26.2 when connected to a plain server that runs the vanilla locator bar without the Allium CrowBar integration.

Fixed

Non-Allium Locator Overlays

• On Minecraft 26.1.x and 26.2, player markers are now read from Minecraft's own waypoint tracking instead of the client's loaded entity list.
• Skins, name tags, and distances now appear for every player the locator bar displays, not only those close enough for the server to send as entities.
• The skin and name tag toggles take visible effect again on servers that provide no CrowBar payload of their own.
• Minecraft keeps drawing its own locator dots and vertical arrows in this case, so markers stay at their normal distance-scaled size.
• Minecraft 1.21.11 already used the waypoint source and is unchanged.

Unknown Distance Labels

• On Minecraft 26.1.x and 26.2, markers past the server's position-reporting range now display ?m instead of no distance at all.
• The distance toggle no longer appears inactive for distant players whose exact range the server does not send.
• The label matches the existing Minecraft 1.21.11 behavior.

Technical Changes

• Added a waypoint-sourced player entry path to the 26.1.x and 26.2 locator renderers, filtered to waypoints that resolve to a player list entry.
• Marker entries now record whether Minecraft already drew their dot, so CrowBar contributes only the skin and label layers when it does not own the locator bar.
• Bearing-only waypoints carry an explicit unknown distance through to the label instead of being dropped.
• Claim marker suppression and GPExpansion claim mode behavior are unchanged.

Testing

• Verified the common module and all three supported client modules compile, test, and package successfully.
• Existing locator visibility, projection, and message rate limiter coverage passes unchanged.
• In-game verification on a live non-Allium server is still recommended before release.
