CrowBar v0.1.16
Makes GPExpansion claim waypoints a dedicated locator mode instead of layering claims and players together. It also standardises the locator controls across Minecraft 1.21.11, 26.1.2, and 26.2, and gives players feedback while large claim snapshots are still loading.
Changed
Dedicated Claim Mode
- Claim modes now replace player markers: Owned and Owned + Trusted display claims without player dots, skins, or player labels competing for the same locator space.
- Off returns to player mode: Cycling claim waypoints to Off restores the normal player locator bar and its saved skin, name, and distance preferences.
- Claims become active only after GPExpansion is detected: The default claim-mode value does not hide players on servers without GPExpansion.
- Claim mode owns the locator bar: CrowBar suppresses duplicate vanilla GPExpansion markers while preserving unrelated vanilla waypoints.
Shared Locator Controls
N— Names: Toggles names for whichever locator mode is active, including both player names and GPExpansion claim names.X— Distance: Toggles distance labels for both players and claims.Xis now the default distance binding on 1.21.11 as well as 26.x.B— Skins: Toggles player skins in player mode. The preference is retained while claim mode is active and applies again when claims are switched Off.Z— Claim mode: Continues to cycle Off → Owned → Owned + Trusted consistently on every supported version.- Modifier-aware bindings on 1.21.11: The 1.21 client now respects Amecs modifier bindings using the same handling as 26.x.
Fixed
- Claim-only payloads no longer depend on player data: A completed GPExpansion claim snapshot is an independent render source, so claims can display when Allium has no player entries and vanilla has no active locator waypoint.
- Large claim snapshots no longer make
Zappear broken: PressingZbefore the first claim snapshot finishes now shows a redCollecting claims... Please wait.action-bar message and leaves the current mode unchanged. - Claim detection no longer leaks between servers: Claim packet state is cleared on disconnect and server changes, preventing stale claim mode from affecting a server without GPExpansion.
Testing
- Added shared regression coverage for claim-only sources, exclusive player/claim modes, global name and distance labels, player-skin eligibility, XP suppression, and locator ownership.
- All three supported client modules compile and package successfully.
