The "Tough as Nails" Update. for CNC 0.3.2

i wished this, and now is a reality. CNC mod now have compatibility with TAN mod :D, and i added more, like...

• New dirt for "Vanilla Dirts" tag (Burnt Dirt, from mod: Burnt; Better Vanilla Fire [only on curseforge :c ] )
• New Seeds for "Selected Seeds" tag (from mods supplementaries, and farmers delight)
• Nerf for the "Sunflower Seeds" Recipe, the result change from 4 to 3 seeds
• New Recipes for the "Chocolate Milkshake" with Create items
• New Splashing, Mixing, and Milling Recipes for create ;)
• Agrege el idioma de español mexico al mod, VAMOOOOS (el español españa anda bug, y no lo he podido corregir del mod base :c)
