This version fixes some bugs related to XP Cost

• If you don't have enough XP you can't Cropdust now
• If you don't have enough XP you will get a message saying so
• ~50% done with making XP configurable. Now you can configure the amount of xp you need to cropdust but it still only takes 1 lvl
• Lowered default dusting time from 2.5s to 2s (if updating, run /trigger reset)
• Cleaned up a bit of code for some slight performance boosts
