🛠️ Fixes

• 🪲 Fixed a client crash when loading or rendering a tamed Stag Beetle in the sitting state.
• 🎞️ Mapped the Stag Beetle sitting state to its existing sitting GeckoLib animation asset.
• 🔇 Fixed snail and roly-poly zombie jockey spawning to match vanilla chicken jockey behavior, preventing spawn-time ENTITY_MOUNT game events while keeping baby zombie riding behavior intact.
