Critters and Companions (Unofficial Fabric Port)

🛠️ Fixes

• 🪝 Fixed a crash risk when a player dies while a grappling hook is still active.
• 🧹 Active grappling hooks now clean themselves up server-side when their owner is missing, removed, or no longer alive.
• 📡 Client grappling state sync now safely clears missing or stale hook entity references.
