Soul changes

Spawns more frequently in the False Place dimension, and now twitches.

Misc changes

Changed the spawn rates of the mobs (for the 40 millionth time), and added a new creative mode tab for the items of the mod. (except Null's aggressive mode)

As a side note, I'm currently working on a new mod (it was just sent for review at the time of writing this) so its likely this one may not see development for awhile or may straight up be discontinued. I'm not sure at the moment.
