Changes

Reworked Alpha Creeper spawn system.

Alpha spawn chance now scales with:

Time of day (Day/Night)

World difficulty (Easy, Normal, Hard)

Nighttime now significantly increases Alpha spawn rates.

Easy difficulty reduces Alpha spawn probability.

Hard difficulty slightly increases Alpha spawn probability.

Balance

Adjusted Alpha movement speed for better stability and AI behavior.

Maintained explosion radius and damage scaling.

Preserved Alpha health, glowing effect, and custom name.

Fixes

Creepers no longer trigger explosions when near players in Creative or Spectator mode.

Removed unstable Alpha + Charged second phase behavior.

Improved consistency in spawn processing using persistent NBT flags.
