- fixed mature grape bushes not being harvestable by mechanical harvesters (sorry it took so long)
- legacy grape bushes will be updated on their next random tick (or can be replaced manually)
- wild grape bushes are now 4 times more scarce
- wild grape bushes can now spawn at any growth stage
- fixed an issue where grape bushes did not drop grapes when broken indirectly
- added several tags
- updated mod version
