Added configurable vertical Item Vaults.
Vertical Vault blocks now use the proper axis=y block state.
Sneak while placing a Vault against the top or bottom of a block to create a vertical Vault.
Additional Vault blocks automatically inherit the vertical axis.
Added vertical multiblock formation for different widths and lengths.
Added automatic layer placement for wider vertical Vaults.
Added vertical Vault inventory capability, comparator update, bounding-box, and connected-texture support.
Added the verticalVaultsEnabled configuration option, enabled by default.
Vertical Vaults use the existing maximum width and length multiplier settings.
Create Fly’s Vault Capability setting remains unchanged.
