Changelog

• Renamed "Tilting Bearing" to "Tilting Propeller Bearing"

• This changes the block ID too. Shouldn't have problems updating but check your frequencies after (Just in case).
• This kind of refactoring won't happen again.

• Added the "Tilting Swivel Bearing"

• Acts like a Swivel Bearing. Can be tilted like the Tilting Propeller Bearing.
• Unlike the Tilting Propeller Bearing, this contraption isn't restricted to propellers.
• Has two Tilt modes for different use cases: Fixed and Turret. (Thanks to @etnaerruptionv2 for the suggestion)

• Added the "Soar V2" Music Disc
