Custom Portal Duplication Glitch
 - Fixed portal blocks and dummy blocks duplicating when breaking an active portal
 - Portal now deactivates before blocks are removed
 - Blocks are removed without dropping items using removeBlock(pos, false)

Scoreboard Team Assignment Lost on Teleport
 - Fixed players losing their vanilla scoreboard team assignment when teleporting via Custom Portals
 - Fixed players losing their vanilla scoreboard team assignment when teleporting via Entity Teleporters
 - Team membership is now preserved by saving the team before teleportation and re-adding the player after teleportation
    completes

Pocket Dimension Structure Generation Failure
 - Fixed pocket dimension structure not generating properly when creating a new pocket dimension
 - Structure now generates immediately when the Pocket Dimension Remote is first bound in the Overworld
 - Players can now immediately use their pocket dimension without waiting or experiencing generation failures
 - Added generateStructure() static method for direct structure spawning
