Create: Aeronautics Compat

Pollution sources inside Aeronautics sublevels (engines on airships) now correctly accumulate pollution in the real-world chunk where the airship is located. Previously they had no effect on the pollution system at all. Requires Sable/Aeronautics to be installed; has no effect otherwise.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the Solar Heater not producing salt from water evaporation. Water buckets were filling the wrong internal tank, so evaporation never started.
• Fermentation Vat biofuel output now scales super-linearly with height, using the same curve as the Solar Power Tower. A minimum-height vat produces very little; building taller is now the main way to scale up biofuel production. Goggle overlay now shows the actual mB output per batch.
