Simple datapack for the Create Mod that makes Dirt & Netherrack renewable through simple and balanced (?) mechanical mixer recipes.

- Updated to support Minecraft 1.21.1 & the 1.6 Version of Create
- The pack has an Icon now, and the description was changed to be more apt for what this datapack currently does.
- Technically the netherrack recipe uses iron nugget tags if for some reason you have what constitutes as an iron nugget added in by another mod you can go ahead and use that. i guess.
- Supports Neoforge and should work as a standalone mod!! i'm a create addon maker now technically
- This was like a year overdue so my bad
