Create: OneBlock

Hello everyone!

This update comprises of:

• I have removed a lot of "clutter" mods, like tweakaroo and item scroller for example, and replay mod. You can easily readd these but its just to make it run a bit better
• We are back on the superior modding platform - fabric - with create 6! (Now i have finally updated this watch them release 1.21.1 for fabric lol)
• I have added the crash assistant mod so people can get their logs uploaded and sent to the discord
• Some mods have had to be removed: copycats, slice and dice and power loader because they arent compatible with 6 yet sadly.
