- If one of the players is in creative mode, the other player will not receive RAD/s (visual bug)
- Fixed and removed unnecessary logic

- Added new commands:
/radiation info nickname - displays the player's radiation (only for operators, also works on @a) /radiation set nickname double - sets the radiation for the player/@a (only for operators)
