Create: Molten Metals

!!Most important change is the switch between mb standards, any existing molten metal will likely leave you with odd remainders if you update an existing world. Remember to always backup your worlds and update with caution!!

• Fabric and forge branches now use their respective standard mb values for block to ingot conversions
• Alloying recipes now require a heated basin
• Data has been split between fabric and forge and generally cleaned up
• Ore blocks can now be melted down in addition to raw ores
• Fluid values for melting redstone have been tweaked
• Numerous other small fixes
