Create: Molten Geodes
Adds a renewable source of the orestones found in the Create mod, and by extension, many resources.

- Renamed the config option useLava to useSource.
- There is now a config option to change what liquid is required by the molten orestones.
- Fixed a long standing bug where molten orestones could not convert blocks further than 1 block away.
