Create: Mechanical Companion

New features:

• New structure, the Illager Workshop. Can be found in dark forests and contains many of the new items.
• Illager Workshops can be found by getting maps from cartographers or wandering traders.

New mobs:

• Illager Engineer: Smacks enemies with a wrench.
• Illager Supervisor: Uses a potato cannon with multiple ammo types.
• New crafting process for the wolf
• New Items, used in the crafting process.

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where a missing tag in the mechanical wolf link would cause a crash.
