A Create addon introducing maintenance mechanics. Allows Train Stations to be temporarily disabled, making trains skip them without modifying any train schedules.

- Fixed Maintenance Boxes not immediately becoming powered when placed next to an already powered block.
- Fixed several issues with redstone and block update handling.
Improved
- Reworked the Maintenance Box's internal station handling and persistence logic.
- Improved how maintenance status is stored and restored behind the scenes.
- Improved debug messages related to destination skipping and maintenance checks.
This is mainly a stability and backend update, with no major user-facing feature changes.
