Fixes

• Fan processing compatibility : Henry's fan processing types now serve same-named recipes from other addons (e.g. Garnished, Halitosis) when sharing a catalyst, instead of shadowing them
• Seething recipes : fixed incorrect modded ingot outputs (e.g. Mekanism crushed uranium, tin, osmium, lead) now use each mod's correct item id
• Golden Mixer : fixed server crash when processing at zero or fractional rotation speed
• Hydraulic Press : fixed hydraulic compacting recipes not working on dedicated servers
