Create: Food

Changes:

• All cross-mod compat content is now entirely config based. In-game behavior should be identical after regenerating the following lists:
  • createfood-common.toml - block, display_block, fluid, and item
  • createfood-client.toml - custom_tooltips
  • createfood-server.toml - effects
• Config option block now accepts the cake_base, cheese and gyro_meat types.
  • cake now gets candle-cake variants.
• Config option display_block now accepts the plate_food display type.
  • height field now accepts fractions.
  • particles field now also applies to bowl and accepts a particle id (e.g. minecraft:snowflake).
• Config option fluid now accepts a bare name field to use default fluid behavior.
• Config option item now accepts the plain_cr type.
• Config option custom_tooltips takes an optional third field, compat_key.

Fixes:

• Fix issue with custom display blocks and fluids not being created in createfood-common.toml.
• Fix custom content not being registered on initial launch.
