Create: Factory Controller

Features:

• Added initial release of number connection and Arithmetic Tube. Note: it still WIP so further UI & functionalities could change.
• Added "Filter Link" block in bundled mod "Logistics Control"; it can be used to set filter dynamically.
• Allow Ctrl-Click to exclude ingredient from request multiplier.
• Follow Demand mode allow to set minimum target stock amount now.
• Render colored outline to connected components when hover over a component (configurable).
• Added a client configuration to upscale background texture (default disabled).
• Ghost placement preview would now render connections and monitoring items.
• Connection tooltip will now display current state, and display delay is configurable now.
• Added fade-out animation for targets (configurable).
• Added a client configuration to show Redstone Link signal strength label (default disabled).

Optimization:

• Improve the performance of controller GUI.
• Improve the performance with fluid logistics mod.

• Removed component limit in blueprint selection.

• If component limit was 256 (default value) before this update, it will migrate to 512.
• Improve selection tool interaction while moving camera.
• Redstone Link can now connect to Redstone Link in different Send/Receive mode.
• Redstone Link frequency item icon is larger now.
• Request limit changed to 9999 to all units (Item/Stack/Fluid mB/Fluid B).
• Output limit of fluid filter are increased to 64B.
• Gauge output limit is increased to 64 stacks.
• Bugfix mixins are extracted to bundled mod "Create: Higher Logistics Patch".

Bugfixes:

• Fixed gauges may not save ingredient amount change if source gauge relocated.
• Fixed gauge timer animation is not properly rendered with some animation lib mods installed.
• Fixed controller GUI may not open in forge-1.20 if data is too large.
• Fixed some redstone link control bugs.
