Create: Cosmere Compat

Raw ore blocks can now be crushed (I forgot that in the initial version)

Added an optional compatibility with Create: The Factory Must Grow (tfmg)

• Steel must now be crafted using the machines provided by ftmg's recipe (even tho it is techincally worse in terms of yields)
• Lead and Nickel should no longer spawn in new worlds with tfmg
• Manual contains metal tagging. Things containing aluminum were tagged as not containing metal. In any case, these were internally categorized as having "aluminum" or "aluminum and other metals" in case it is ever necessary ever again
