Added create: simulated propulsion, create dragons plus, create enchantment industries

Changes

• Removed duplicate Propulsion progression paths that overlapped with Create Diesel Generators, Create Liquid Fuel, and Create’s normal heat systems.
• Removed Propulsion platinum progression, ore generation, burners, Stirling engine, coral power, cables, turpentine, and pine resin paths.
• Added a replacement recipe for the Propulsion Redstone Converter using Simulated components instead of platinum.

Integration

• Improved Farmer’s Delight / Slice & Dice integration.
• Enabled Slice & Dice recipe visibility in EMI/JEI.
• Added Naturalist meat and fish cutting support through Farmer’s Delight cutting recipes.
• Added Farmer’s Delight crop support for Create Diesel Generators fermentation where appropriate.
• Enabled Create Power Loader andesite loaders for trains and stations.

Balance

• Tuned Create Enchantment Industry to better complement villager trading instead of replacing it.
• Reduced automated XP output from deployers and crushing wheels.
• Disabled deployer-held item mending.
• Increased super enchanting and forging costs.
• Expanded the printer denylist for high-value enchantments.
• Adjusted Easy Magic rerolls to cost levels.
• Reduced Easy Anvils’ enchant cost discounts while keeping it more flexible than vanilla.
• Made Corpse inventories owner-only.
