Changes:

• Reactions rebalanced so that they no longer blow stuff up
• Configurable Duct volume
• Minor balloon changes and bug fixes
• Flint and steel dispensers can activate sugar rockets
• CC'able gas nozzle (thanks Agarmal)
• Exhaust particle isn't generic anymore
• Redstone Resistor reverted mode

Bugfixes:

• Crash with assemblers due to new VS2
• Gas nozzle not saving valve pointer value (thanks Agarmal)
• Phys bearing angle follower mode
• Client log spam
