Added a data map for chain textures. This allows any item to be assigned a custom texture when placed on a chain conveyor, with fallbacks to the block particle texture for block items, and the default minecraft chain for items without a block texture. This provides the following benefits:
- Blocks with broken or ugly default rendering can be assigned a replacement texture for use on chain conveyors.
- Items are no longer restricted to the default vanilla chain texture.
