Fluid Sprinkler

• Added the Fluid Sprinkler block.
• Sucks up liquids from directly below and sprays them to change or buff surrounding blocks.
• Aeronautics Physics Support: Fully compatible with moving grids and physics structures (Works seamlessly In-World to In-World and Simulated to Simulated).
• Works with multiple fluids for different effects:
  • Water: Automatically hydrates farmland.
  • Lava: Spits out high-heat particles for custom transmutations.
  • Honey: Creates a localized zone that speeds up crop growth.

Mechanical Rotary Joint

• Added the Mechanical Rotary Joint block.
• Placed directly under a Fluid Sprinkler to feed it both rotation and liquids at the same time.
• Powered from the sides using Cogwheels.
• Passes fluids straight up to the block on top depending on the direction of the rotation.

Mechanical Rotary Union

• Added the Mechanical Rotary Union block.
• Allows for much tighter layouts when hooking up Fluid Sprinklers.
• Powered from the bottom or sides using Shafts.
• Lets fluids pass straight up depending on the block's facing direction.

Advancements

• Added a brand-new branch of advancements to track progression through fluid and kinetic setups.
