Create Aero Mobile Cities

added some more create addons (more tire selection, drivebywire (still testing this), a chunk loader with create, and an alternative to blaze burners, among other things)

fixed a dynamic lights issue

overall have done a decent amount of tesitng and am mostly happy with the current stuff, still working on drills/saws cutting down trees as physics objects and working iwht the diesel generators mod

also finalized the tectonic worldgen config, and overall am very very happy with the results (I may post images soon if i remember)

next up for sutff that needs to happen is implementing polish, and finalizing the direciton of the pack (probably along with tweaks/balances for all of the power generating stuff, plus whether or not this pakc will have progression, if the nether/end should be accessable, etc etc) plus the actual goal of the pack - making giant roaming mobile bases.
