Create Aero Mobile Cities
VERY WIP create aeronautics-based modpack, focused eventually around constructing large mobile bases (through land, air or sea) as opposed to operating a larger stationary base

Removed a few mods that were more bloat than anything else (or redundant), updated SOME mods but havent looked into updating sable or create Aero yet (probably next update)
Added some QoL stuff (most notably the dashpanels mod, which is PEAK) along with an enchanting overhaul mod
tweaked tectonic to be overall much smoother terrain-wise, while also adding some more ruggedness with sparse surface cave entrances and increasing the width of the entire world
also working on some experimental balancing stuff, such as removine villages completely from world generation - im beyond tired of the trading hall meta, because its boring and goes against the pointof this pack anyway - although for now actual villager mechanics havent been touched. this means if you can find a zombie villager and cure it you can still techincally do a trading hall, but its much more work.

- looking into balancing water storage on mobile contraptions, as currently the water usage for steam engines and farms is FINE, but if you arent aware of the way create's pumps work (where they can pump theoretically infinite water into steam engines) you can end up wasting a lot of water.
fixed some minor performance issues and tweaked the create configs to reflect this - my graphics card died so im running on intel UHD right now D:
