Create Addon Organizer v1.3

• Updated to FTS v5.0
• Added a config option for the shaded text to control how high up it is
• added 2 new builtin presets, ✨ and Images.
• Over 16 new banner arts (check credits for artists / new banners)
• Multiple bugfixes
• New "Text Banners" which can replace the text contrast box with an image that tiles based on how long the text is, allowing for textured text backrounds.
• Online implementation of said text banners
• WIP menu overhaul toggle-able in the settings (i would love your feedback!)
• Fix of the 1st banner not working (originally builtin but now online)
• prolly some more stuff i forgot about as always, make a issue on the github if you have any feature requests.
