CrashPatch

This update introduces a major redesign of the CrashPatch GUI. Instead of the (frankly) horrible and old VanillaFix GUI, we now have a OneConfig-inspired GUI.

OneConfig is a free and open-source configuration library, designed to give developers a simple config API, which users can interact with in an elegant user interface. You can now simply click R-SHIFT on your keyboard to access any mod that uses OneConfig or supports it (any Vigilance mod, NEU, etc). To find out more, join https://discord.gg/polyfrost.

• Rewrite GUI
• Fix CrashPatch not actually patching... crashes
• Add ability to customize CrashPatch settings via OneConfig
