CraftTweaker GUI

This is mainly a bug fix release, but the next version will include fabric support and will be available for 1.20.1

• Fixed not being able to set amounts for non item outputs
• In the ingredient panel the tag registry and the tag itself now have seperate input boxes
• Mekanism shaped recipes can now be edited and are automaticly used when the output is from mekanism
• Fixed Rotary Condensentrator recipe editing in JEI
• Fixed exporting chemical tags
• Finished the help screen
