Panel borders breathe a faint accent tint instead of staying flat white.

Chips (the logo dot, header icons) get a soft breathing glint. Menu panel glow (the halo behind the settings screen) pulses gently brighter/dimmer.

Accent underlines now fade out using your actual current accent color (this was also a latent bug — it used to hardcode fading to cyan even if you'd picked a different Theme color) and shimmer slightly.

Waypoint/Death cards now slide/pop into place whenever the tracked location changes, instead of snapping.

Kill Streak counter flashes bright white for a moment every time your streak extends, then settles back to its heat color (white → yellow → red as it climbs)
