Cowgirl Kick

Added a confirmation prompt whenever /kickall is executed, you can put confirm at the end of the command to bypass this, e.g, kickall Server is restarting.. confirm.

Added a configuration system, which allows for all kickall actions to be posted to a Discord webhook, and shows who ran the command, etc.
