Copper Age Backport

This release comes with a lot of changes

• added lightning rods Variants (beta)
• tuned the attack damage of all copper tools to match 1.21.9
• Reduced the fabric loader requirement from 0.17.2 to 0.16.6+
• copper torches can now be placed on walls
• Fixed a bunch of bugs related to the custom items
• Backported items are now properly placed in creative mode tabs
