CEA v0.2.1 for Fabric on Minecraft 26.1.X

Backport release for Minecraft 26.1.X versions (specifically Minecraft 26.1.2) for Cooperative End Access on Fabric and NeoForge modloaders. Passed the eye-test on NeoForge and Fabric 26.1.2 production server versions. Did not test on 26.1 proper, use at your own risk.
No changes were made to the Paper version. Paper server operators should continue using CEA for Paper v0.2.0 as usual.
What changed?
No gameplay changes were intended to be made in this release. If anything changed or stopped working since the latest Paper-only release v0.1.2, please file a bug report in the GitHub issue tracker.
What does this target?
- Fabric for 26.1.X: support added.
Fabric needs adventure-platform-mod 6.9.0. Fabric also needs Fabric API for 26.1.X.
Known issues
Same as previous release.
