Mob Variations

Updated pack format number to include 1.21.5. I'm officially ending continuous support for this pack. I'll continue to just update the pack format numbers if it keeps working in future versions, but if a future version breaks it, then I'll end development there. This pack was fun to work on and I hope people continue to enjoy it in the versions it was made for!
