- completely rewrote the code for the HUD, allowing for support for mods that modify the HUD such as AppleSkin, Bactromod, etc.
- player hand is now rendered
- fire overlay and powdered snow overlay now appear properly
- heart flashing and water bubble popping animations now appear properly on the HUD
