Overhauled Scroll Melting

• Scroll melting recipes now display in JEI
• Melting scrolls in a foundry now supplies Essence fluid for that spell's school (e.g. Firebolt -> Rare Ink + Fire Essence)

Fixed mod spellbooks with the Soulbound modifier disappearing completely. (Sorry about that)

Improved mod spellbook initialization in SOME cases (they will try to initialize when crafted, but it doesn't work with shift clicking [it's a tinkers' issue])
