with the release of 0.4.0 many things have been changed, updated, and fixed (i had like 2 weeks to do it so i hope so lol)

• greatly improved terrain generation by adding different personalities regions can have. (not happy with it just yet, but it adds a ton to generation as is, so it's coming out in this release)
• tweaked and improved how rivers generate and carve through mountains fixing a ton of problem i was having in the past.
• attempted to fix issues with lakes not filling all the way and failed. several times.
• added slabs for different types of blocks that already exist in minecraft.
• added a few new biomes with the help of my friend.
• added slightly better biome blending and some slight dithering between biomes. (not happy with it, gonna work on it more)
• removed the grand canyon biome because it sucked and i hated it.

overall not a terrible update and its probably the largest update i've done for any of my projects in one go.
