- Implement default Condensed Entries for Enchantment Books, Tipped Arrows and Potions with configurability in the Mods Config
- New Config option to disable Condensed Entries Random Icon Rotation

- Fix bug with scrolling leading to the inability to smooth scroll at all

- Refactors and under the hood changes to certain functions within Condensed Item Entries
- Add Debug Datapack as a template for others exploring the datapack option for such
